Family Fall Photos

We FINALLY had our family photos taken a few weekends ago up in Albuquerque. I have been dying to get photos of just the three of us done for some time now but each time we plan for a session, be in in Texas or Abq someone gets sick and we have to cancel. We haven't had a session of just the three of us since our daughter was 2 weeks old. She is now 17 months old! I wanted my friend, Katy Brown, to take them because I really liked her work and have been struggling to find anyone in our town that was affordable, reliable and did great work. Katy and I actually went to high school together and what do you know 11 years later here she is taking our family photos! We were going to have them done back in early September but since our whole family was sick we didn't make the trip up and had to cancel. She was so sweet to rebook us to October. On top of that I asked her last minute if we could move our photos to mid day vs early morning because of the super cold temps and she totally accommodated us. I was very thankful for that and she is awesome to work with..highly recommend her! She did a wonderful job and you can just tell she has kids (a plus when someone has to be patient and take photos of your wild child) because our daughter warmed right up to her.
