Bath Time

Bath time is one of her favorite things to do daily. As soon as we say "tubby time" she runs to the bathroom in excitement. As we run the water we tell her to shut the door, in which she scurries over and does so and then comes back to check the water. It's a workout in itself to get her out of the tub. She does not want to stand up to help get out. I have even tried draining the tub and waiting her out to see if she would get the hint that there is no water, it's getting chilly and yes mom that towel looks warm. Nope, she is just fine sitting and waiting for me to drag her out. A few smiles from tonight's tub session with Daddy.

She LOVES to brush her teeth now. From the tub she can see her toothbrush, toothpaste and finger brush (my fav to really scrub the teeth!). She makes the "shhh" sound while waving her finger meaning she wants me to get her toothbrush. It's a great distraction while I get her dressed because getting lotion, a diaper and clothes on a tot after the bath seriously feels like I just wrestled a piggy. Yea, a piggy because they are pretty cute and seem like they would wiggle and squirm a lot if you tried to get lotion and clothes on them as well.
