Week Two Progress: The Get Away Sticks Are Growing!

I am halfway through my second week of workouts. These are the progress pics from the week. I am VERY thrilled to see a little quad line action because I have been focusing on legs twice a week and making each exercise burn! So if this is a small reward for my work, I will take it as more motivation to kick it up even more next week! Grow get away sticks...GROW!

Excuse the wacky floor. We are saving for tile so until then just admire our lovely paint and doors (measured, cut, and hung by my AWESOME handy hubby!)

    1. Thanks! Fitness has always been a passion of mine and I am more motivated than ever with my little girl now. I started with small weekly goals like clean eating 5 out of 7 days, slowly easing into a healthier food intake. We don't do any fad diets or cut carbs or that junk. Just focus on balanced nutrition and I honestly have never had more energy! Then I started some workouts and before you know it, its a habit. The beginning is ALWAYS the hardest hurdle. You look great and I see you guys are starting morning green smoothies..that's awesome!! Small changes are better than nothing!

    1. Wow I admire you..two kiddos and working out..CONGRATS! I imagine you burn plenty of calories running around with them daily! I have found I can actually spend less time working out and focus more on a clean healthy foods and I get the most benefits/results from that. No more awful cardio sessions with zero results!
